I have had lateral epicondylitis for over a year now.
I've tried ; ice, rest (not much w/ 3 kids 1 in diapers) cortisone shots, braces, straps, slings, OT, PT and dry needling, nothing works. I am scheduled for surgery in 2 mo. My question is about the bruising I'm still experiencing just below pointy bone on outside of arm and also on the back of my arm about 3 inches above my elbow. Is it possible for tennis elbow to still cause bruising this long after onset?

⢠Do stretching exercises:-
⢠Forearm Rotation
⢠Begin with your elbow at your side and bent to 90 degrees (figure 2). Turn your palm up and down as far as possible pain-free. Repeat 10 â 20 times.
⢠Elbow Extension
⢠Place your elbow on the edge of a bench or table (figure 3). Straighten your elbow using your other hand until you feel a mild to moderate stretch pain-free. Repeat 10 â 20 times.
