You are a young girl. Sometimes our coping mechanism falls short in addressing our problems . This is very common. All problems have solutions. Do visit a psychologist and take professional help instead of confusing yourself more.
It can be quite overwhelming when too many things go wrong at the same time. You need to understand that it is not a permanent state. Things will get better. For now, try to work through the problems one at a time. Prioritize what is important and resolve things accordingly. In chaos, having some kind of order will help you stay grounded and focused so you are better equipped to deal with things. Also take a break between things so you have some breathing space.
