Since 5 years, I am suffering from cough and yellow drainage problem. As soon as I take any cold food, it starts automatically with headache, cough, sour in throat etc. Seems like suffering from chronic sinus. Please advise so that I can reach to any concern doctor accordingly.

chronic sinusitis can't be diagnosed without examining nose. you need consult nearby ENT specialist for endoscopic examination of your nose as well as CT scan of your nose and sinuses once diagnosed there are surgical and non surgical treatment options which you have to discuss with your consulting doctor
