⢠Avoid Squatting-

⢠Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Greetings, sorry about the pain. Arthritis is not necessarily managed with pain killer. Today your tramadol didn't work so need another pain killer and if that doesn't work, what next?
Try to understand your arthritis and just widen your scope of care. Arthritis causes flexibility and strength loss which ultimately causes pain, so work to get back these, you will recover and pain killers can be stopped permanently.
Next Steps
get to hire a physio as your personal trainer and learn how to become more flexible and improve strength particularly at joint level. as part of training you will get trigger point or myofascial release therapy plus massage. this approach will start to show results in couple of weeks and continue with your training for six to 12 months and see how well you have improved. plus add a good diet program to optimise your recovery.
