Chronic pain in right groin and testicle

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Have chronic testicular and groin pain right side ...dull in nature but aggravated on sitting or standing for long time ..... abdomen ultrasound is normal .... is it to do with any groin injury or low back pain etc.... no issue with urine abd no other symptoms whatsoever
