Hi doctor,
I am having chronic neck pain from 10 months near c7 area. Xray and mri both are normal except in xray minor osteophytes could be seen. Few doctors told me i have early cervical spondilites. But 10months of regular exercise has not been fruitful to me. If i have spondilites then why my mri was clean? How many sessions of physiotherapy is needed to cope with mt chronic pain. I jave already undergone 5sessions of dry needling, it gave me relief for short duration. I also tried laser therapy and cervical traction for 5 days but it aggravated my pain. Do i need continuous sessions for few months?? I have left my job from a month but still the pain is same. Please guide me what should i do. Should i go for standing mri?
