Chronic lower left abdominal pain
I have been having a lower left abdominal pain for the past 2 months. I had a laproscopic surgery and had a 10*3*4mm endometriosis removed. I was recovering post surgery. However, 2weeks later, I have pain again in lower left abdomen and the pain is unbearable when urinating. While urinating, I have pain on left and right lower abdomen. I would like to know the cause of the pain. The ultrasound reports are normal. There is no sign of infection in blood and urine.
