If disc bulge is without any accident or jerk..then your csf is literally high due to which u are experiencing headache, blurr vision and pressure behind eyes...possibility of sinusitis is there. For proper treatment it's better either u consult here or go to any ayurvedic ophthalmologist. All of your issues are curable but i need proper case study of you
:-Go for eye check up .
:- second share your BP .
:- 3rd for fatty liver start this medicine:-
Loh asav 3 table spoon mix with 3 table spoon with water and take it after breakfast and dinner.
When you share your BP then another medicine can start .and you need a proper counseling.
:- Do not eat fried and non veg and spicy foods.
You need a proper counseling because headache may because of many reasons so share proper history.
Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform.
Is so hurting that I did MRI at this age?
Vasantik vamanam i.e. specifically targating detox after basti and Rasayan therapy medicines for longer duration will make u smooth for your reproductive goals as well
Next Steps
be on intermittently fasting and balance exercises.
reduce milk n it's all products like paneer cheese, take this opportunity to be fit not just healthy.
Health Tips
the concerns u shared are due to vitiated vat, santarpanotth samprapti and ur HbA1c shares ur not on balance exercises and prone to PCOS
