Chronic fatigue ?
Hi, I am feeling exhausted for the past 5 years. With times when I feel slightly better and times when I'm super tired I sleep a good sleep 8-10h a night (3am to 12pm, due to my 8H work-3pm-11pm) ...I never wake up fresh, I tried sleeping 6h, only to feel more tired I took leave 1 week to rest and recover doing nothing but house chores and and still no boost in energy. I have had multiple heath screenings over the years including thyroid gland, testosterone, blood count, viral diseases, x-rays, ultrasounds, tread mil(I pass) all have come back normal. I have a normal sex life. I even choose the consult a psychiatrist and I have no depression. I use to wear glasses from 4 years old till I turn 20 for strabismus. In so called normal days when I'm not so tired my eyes look straight and I have a normal vision But most of the days when I'm simply exhausted I can't control my lazy eye My tiredness can't be from my eyes since my eyes are fine when I'm not tired. Please help, any suggestion

Hi... If you dont have any underlying disease and still feeling exhausted... Pls change your lifestyle.. Start doing exercise...hit a gym Take nutritious food... Drink 4 litres of water everyday... Take nuts.. On top of it... Stay positive...spend quality of time with your loved ones.. Take a break. Inspite of doing all these even of you feel exhausted...its better to go for constitutional treatment on homoeopathy which will turn all your abnormal things to normal.

The tiredness could be due to Improper Sleep or can also be due to Indigestion. For improper sleep, please have your dinner early, walk after dinner, apply good amount of coconut oil to your scalp. You can go for Shirodhara Ayurvedic treatment along with few medications. If cause is indigestion, treatment has to be taken for it.
