Feeling exhausted weak sleepy etc

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am always feeling very low energy,sleepy and dizzyness,poor concentration, feeling numbness and tingling on hand and feet,feeling swelling on fingers. Having fear feeling,unable to recall things easily,forgetting things to do,Stomach and digestive problem with random little pain like pinching needle in stomach as stomach size increasing.Some time breathe problem during sleeping. Which doctor I need to visit and test I need to perform.Is it due to some deficiency in some vitamins.
