Chronic Diaherria Nausea and Fever

Asked for Male, 27 Years

For the past 3 days my diaherria doesn't seem to stop and having almost 7-10 bowel movements in a day accompanied with 2 times vomiting and nauseous feeling. Also having high fever along with fatigue feeling. Family doctor has prescribed some antibiotics and other medicine who says it could be because of food poisoning but there is not much relief. Should I go for blood test to determine if it is something else?
