I am a 30yr old non-vegetarian female.I am facing leg and muscle pain since last 3 weeks. My blood test reports were showing low vitamin d and b12 levels vitamin d is 6.91 and b12 is 117. I am currently on vitamin supplements tri-k and teclobealpha and also completed 5 injection course of b12 but the pain still persists. How long it takes to restore these levels in my body and the calves and muscle pain to stop

As your vitamin levels are very low it may time to recover. How many vit d supplements have you taken so far? Be sure to take calcium supplements along with vit d. It may take up-to 2 months to recover. Please engage in physical activity as well
