Chronic bilateral sacroillitis
My mri report shows I have chronic bilateral inflammatory sacroiliitis changes. I am having dull pain on and off for past 2 months. I am currently doing physiotheraphy- traction and ift. Will I recover from this Is this any dangerous issue. Kindly help me I am very scared as I am getting married soon

Hello, You may be suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis.. You should get one test done.. 1. HLA B27

start these medications till reports are done Tab Etova ER 400 mg twice daily for 10 days after meal tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast for 5 days Tab Chymoral forte one tablet three times daily before meals for 5 days

There are various reasons for sacroilitis in this age. You need to get some more investigations to rule out infection and to see the status of inflammation at present.. do you have any other symptoms..

You should get CBC, ESR, CRP, X ray LS Spine- AP/Lateral views done.. Take analgesic and anti inflammatory medicines for now..
