Chronic allergy Symptoms :sneezing,cold
I have been suffering from sneezing and cold for about a long time now .And i am worried that will this be cured ?,as i have taken every medicine from allopathic to homeopathic but the medicine just works for a short time. And the one medicine that works quickly is cetrizine ,but it comes with many side effects like i feel very sleepy. There are too many factors causing it like eating cold items,dust ,even ac sometimes and some fruits too and after masterbating(its sure) .
So please suggest what should i do? Who should i see ?

1. You have to tell everything to your doctor. no matter how stupid you feel it is.
2. Give time for medicine to act. Sometimes the symptoms aggravate for a short time.
