I am a 29-year-old woman struggling with chronic skin acne for the past 15 years, primarily grade 3. While I have no acne on my body, my facial acne has worsened to grade 4 with constant breakouts. I have been drinking heavily for the past 10 years, but I stopped three months ago. I got married eight months ago, and my acne has significantly worsened, leaving me feeling underconfident. I am exhausted from feeling unhappy with my appearance and desperately want clear skin. Please help me.
