Age 43, weight 82 kg.. total cholesterol 181, hdl 33, triglycerides 277 vldl 56.. do I need to take cholesterol tablets.. please share the medicine name with dosage

First try to reduce weight by 15 kg Brisk walking daily for 1 hour in the morning. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits.
