Hi... I have gone through your report your cholesterol level is increased but at this stage you have to take care of your health. It's time to take precautions
Let me suggest you lifestyle modification as this is best part to lower the level.
Next Steps
1.Avoid red meat and store- brought cookies, crackers and cakes. trans fats raise overall cholesterol levels.
2.Exercise on most days of the week & increase your physical activity... like brisk walk ,swimming
3.Quit smoking
4.loose weight.. If you are overweight
Being overweight or obese tends to raise LDL (bad) cholesterol and lower HDL (good) cholesterol.
5.moderate drinking habbit
Health Tips
If lifestyle changes aren't enough …
Sometimes healthy lifestyle changes aren't enough to lower cholesterol levels. If your doctor recommends medication to help lower your cholesterol, take it as prescribed while continuing your lifestyle changes. Lifestyle changes can help you keep your medication dose low.
