Cholesterol is high
My Cholesterol is 219 and triglyceride is 342 for last 6 month. I have no other medical history. Is there any need to take medicine in this case. For more details Please find the attachment.  Please suggest me.

you are 31 years old, in all probability you dont need medicines. but you have to take care of few things. your triglyceride are high 1. daily routine exercise is absolutely necessary for you, even more if you are overweight 2. do not touch alcohol do some tests to find out the cause of increased triglycerides 1. TSH, T3,T4( thyroid test) 2. liver function test 3. kidney function test if you have two or more of these risk factors then you should start taking medicines 1. diabetes, hypertension, smoking, family history of cardiac disease AT PRESENT YOU DONT NEED MEDICINES IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY IF THE ABOVE, but follow above rules
