Cholesterol and Panchakarma treatment
Hi doctor, I am planning to get Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment for detoxification. However in that treatment they will make me drink 150 ml of ghee for 3 days. My cholesterol is high around 250, is it safe to consume so much ghee ?

Probably not safe. Also Ayurveda doesn’t work. No evidence behind aforementioned practice.
