Cholestasis of Pregnancy
Hi, I am 33 weeks 5 days pregnant. Last week I was diagnosed with ACP. SGOT/SGPT were 406/550 respectively. BILE serum was 29. After 6 days of having udiliv 300mg thrice a day, the values of SGOT and SGPT are 225/420. Bile serum has come down to 11. My doctor has further increased Udiliv dose to 600mg twice a day. She also mentioned that she will deliver ASAP once 37weeks are complete. Is early delivery necessary even if these liver enzymes are under control? And will baby be needing NICU post delivery?
