Chloasma or black patches
The area around my lips,nose and forehead are depigmented or are kind of black patches. Mild irritation also is experienced on exposure to heat.

You may be developing Melasma which is also called cloasma on the cheeks. First and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life. Secondly some creams are there which can reduce the pigmentation. Please send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and prescription.
