Me and my husband have tested positive for COVID. My son , 3 year old had fever and coughing. Doctor gave him wikoryl 5 ml 3 times daily. Fever has subsided but he cough is persistent . He is unable to sleep properly. What should I do?

Please do test COVID 19 RTPCR for your child. Give paracetamol if temp rises above 100. Give plenty of drinking water, fruits, vegetables and protein rich diet. If dry irritant cough persists, give syp cetirizine 2.5ml once at night time for 5days.
