My girl child aged 3 years has been having white spots on her tongue for a few months now. She is keeping well, eats well and playing well. I can see that she is touching her tongue at some times during the day. Is this something we should be concerned about? Anything that we can do to get it back to normal.
Thanks,
Raghu

Do you clean her tongue daily?
Do so,and if it's difficult to remove or leaves pinpoint bleeding spots OR it is tender to touch and pains on eating, apply candid mouth paint twice a day and syp vizylac twice a day, both for 5 days.
Stop bottle feeding if given.
