We have given our child calpol by the temp is around 102° can we give meftal if the temp is not dropping. It's been just 20-25mins that we have given calpol.

no, dont give meftal( mefanamic acid ). you have not written how old the child is.? Calpol is Paracetamol ( generic ) is safe for children. wait for 1 hr for drug to act. you can do tepid sponging to the child.
