Child fever
My daughter have fever around 103, 3yr old only, 5 days before 100 degree faranheat and give medicine and reduce it after 5 days again fever started, along with we where taking medicine for cold and cough for past 15days with consent of doctor anything issues will create on this fever in frequently

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
