Consult with a Physiotherapist so as to do local Electrotherapy modalities which will help in reducing the stiffness and inflammation associated with the joints in the feet. Overnight dressing with well stirred glycerine magnesium sulphate paste with guaze rolls helps. Also immersion of feet in a basin filled with warm water in which Epsom salt is dissolved -1tbsp per litre. Your Physiotherapist will also advise you on exercises using a wobble board.
