If a doctor has prescribed after examining the child, you may go ahead. Meanwhile maintain hydration, food intake and cleanliness of the child. If the blisters increase in size and number and is progressing at an aggressive rate, revisit your doctor. Children may get fever also , so take measures to tackle fever.
