My granddaughter was taken in to hospital with infected chicken pox but is now home, my daughter sent me a pic of her forehead and she has picked off one of the spots that was infected and it's left a big whole, what should she do please.

I believe it's a deep scar. Let it heal by itself for 6 months. Balanced diet containing vegetables and pulses helps boosting healing of skin. If scar still persist after 6 months. Some procedures can be done. Subcision or laser!
