Chest tightening ( Medicine Reaction? )

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have disc bulge at l5-s1 due to which I have severe nerve issues in my thigh area of both legs and I also have allergy( from certain foods, from medicines as well as dust). I am currently taking the following medicines- Pregabalin 50 mg twice daily, Etilaam 0.5 mg, Zincovit Multivitamin, Aarachitol Nano(vitamin D3 oral solution) and for my allergy I take Teczine 5 mg daily. However I am developing some chest tightness since last few days after having I think the allergy and nerve medicine however I take nerve medicine during morning and at night and allergy medicine I take afternoon time after having lunch. Is my chest tightness a medicine reaction and if yes it is something serious? Please do let me know. Kind Regards, Manas.
