Hello,
It’s most probably gastric reflux and acidity.
You can try an extended course of anatacids and see the response.
If symptoms still persist, go for a consultation with a physician for general whole body check up.
Simultaneously aim for lifestyle and diet management, which helps in most of the cases.

What’s your weight? Your risk of a cardigan event is very low, the most common conditions that can define your set of symptoms are anxiety, some reflux (gastro) or muscle pain.
You need to modify your lifestyle, high BP is a common cause of morbidity. And get your reflux excluded. Then seek counselling. Most of the times such symptoms are caused by emotional stressors (that can be the sole cause or they make the underlying condition worse)
As your angiogram, ekg and tropt are normal and you are getting chest heaviness,, it is very common that you actually facing gastric issues. As you are telling that you face it very often, there is a huge chance of gastro esophageal reflux disease like thing or ulcer or abrasion in stomach ( if you also face abdominal pain or pain in abdomen in empty stomach).
In this case the actual treatment is life style modification and taking pantoprazole and domperidone. But you should know that medicine will support you until you change your life style so that you acid reflux decrease.
Next Steps
at first take
1) PAN D × ONCE A DAY ( in the morning, empty stomach) ×10 days
2) life style modification
Health Tips
life style modification:-
1) avoid spicy, oily food
2) avoid empty stomach or fasting
3) don't lie on bed just after eating, keep a gap of 2 hours between eating and bed
4) don't drink water during eating. drink water 30-40 mins after having meal
The fact that you keep getting these episodes (and with all your heart tests being negative) would suggest this is either muscular pains or more likely pain related to your food pipe (ie Oesophagus). We call this ‘Oesophageal spasm’.
Try Gaviscon liquid next time when you get the symptoms and if it has either reduced the symptoms or relieved it then you can be reassured. If your symptoms are improving with this then you can take a 4 week course of Omeprazole 20mg capsules.
Smoking, alcohol and excess weight can make these symptoms worse.
All the best.

Be calm
With normal ECG’s ,trop I and even recent angiogram you are most probably out of cardiac issues risk.
This might be related to some gastrointestinal or even stress .
hydrate yourself more ,avoid spicy and oily foods.
Be stress free get engaged with small exercises
T.Pan 40 mg in the morning before food for 1 week would help.
avoid spicy & oily foods
add more greenleafy Vegetables to your diet, not comfortable
if required u can take T.Pantoprazole 40mg before food once daily
With a completely normal angiogram, normal stress test, normal ECGs, and normal troponins, the chance of a dangerous heart blockage is extremely low. This is strong reassurance that your heart arteries are not the cause of the heaviness.
Your symptoms are far more likely from gastric issues (acidity, reflux, esophageal spasm), muscle-bone chest wall strain, anxiety/stress, or blood-pressure fluctuations.
You do NOT need monthly ECG/Troponin unless new red-flag symptoms appear (severe crushing pain, sweating, fainting).
Since cardiology is clear, follow the gastro referral → acidity/gas/acid reflux is one of the most common causes of random chest heaviness.
If needed, a short course of PPI (Pan 40 once daily before breakfast for 2–3 weeks) + lifestyle changes (avoid late meals, spicy food, tea/coffee) helps many patients.
If symptoms still persist, next tests are usually:
• Upper GI endoscopy
• Esophageal motility study (rarely needed)
But from a heart perspective: No need to worry — you’re safe.

You have done the strongest, highest-accuracy cardiac tests already:
Coronary Angiogram – NORMAL (Zero blockages)
Stress Test – NORMAL
ECG multiple times – NORMAL
Troponin – NORMAL
When angiogram is normal, two things are certain:
1. You do not have heart blockages
2. You are not going to get a heart attack from coronary disease
This is the gold standard test that cardiologists rely on.
It rules out dangerous heart disease.
So yes - you can stop doing monthly ECGs and trop tests.
They are not needed and are being triggered only by anxiety, not by medical necessity.
Then why do you still feel chest heaviness?
When angiogram is clean and all cardiac tests are normal, the cause of chest heaviness is almost always one of the following:
1. Gastric/acid reflux-related chest tightness
(VERY common and exactly why your cardiologist referred you to gastro)
Acidity causes:
• Chest tightness
• Throat pressure
• Chest heaviness
• Worse after meals, stress, or lying down
• Can happen both at rest and exertion
This mimics heart pain, but it is not dangerous.
2. Anxiety + hyper-awareness of body sensations
People with high BP or previous fears often monitor their chest too much.
This creates:
• Random heaviness
• Breathing tightness
• Symptoms worse during stress
3. Musculoskeletal chest wall or rib muscle spasms
This causes:
• Localized pain
• Tightness on certain movements
• Worse after long sitting, poor posture or deep breathing
4. High BP episodes
BP fluctuations can cause a temporary feeling of heaviness.
Next Steps
1. Follow the gastro advice
You likely need:
PPI (Pantoprazole / Rabeprazole / Esomeprazole) for 4–8 weeks
Antacid syrup as needed
Dietary + lifestyle corrections
This alone reduces symptoms in 80–90% of patients with your story.
2. Stop unnecessary cardiac testing
Doing ECGs and troponins again and again increases anxiety and makes your chest feel heavier.
Your heart is NORMAL. Trust your angiogram.
3. Manage BP + stress
High BP patients often get:
• Chest pressure
• Breathing tightness
• Body tension
Work on stress reduction + correct BP dose.
4. Consider anxiety management
If symptoms persist despite gastro treatment, low-dose anxiety therapy (short-term) helps.
Health Tips
Your angiogram was normal, your stress test was normal, and your ECG/troponin tests are normal. That means your heart arteries are perfectly healthy and not causing your chest heaviness. The heaviness is coming from gastritis, acidity, anxiety, or muscle tension -not from heart disease. Follow the gastro plan and you can stop doing repeated cardiac tests.
