Asked for Male, 29 Years

My brother in law is a down syndrome adult..he had 2 bouts of pneumonia recently.. now he is ok.. CT scan findings are fibrotic strands with subpleural cyst..he is normak condition now..just mild dry cough is this causing persistant pneumonia Please Help
