Down syndrome adult 23 years old
after a period of 2-3 months he gets cough in chest and nausea and vomiting simaltanously
wbc goes up till 15000
he is not aggressive
borderline down syndrome
no hole in heart
we are not able to get what causes chest infection and stomach problem at same time
Dr saying reflux induced pneumonia
barium showed reflux
endoscopy was normal
chest ct scan showed mild hiatus hernia
he follows moderate diet
still same thinghappened now
stoll test showed blood in stool
he gets nausea these days suddenly
cacan anyone help to diagnose the roor cause so we can go for treatment
