Chest pain while walking

Asked for Female, 58 Years

Hi Doctor, My mother has diabetes since last 9 years. Now she is complaining that she feels chest pain whenever she walks continuously for more than 15-20 mins. I am attaching her ECG report also. Can you please tell is everything okay or is there any matter of concern? Thanks in advance.
