Based on the history given and your age seems like muscular pain to me. But then I would always advise to get yourself completely evaluated in the form of an echocardiogram and a treadmill test to complete the cardiac evaluation. Once the cardiac evaluation is complete and normal, then you can take any analgesic prescribed by your local physician.
