Chest Pain while coughing
I tested negative for COVID19 (antigen) no cold no fever just dry cough & when I cough my whole chest n back pains in circular motion for a few seconds. Can you recommend a cough syrup which can help & not interfere with immune response if Covid is there.

It's not necessary that you will have fever,cold or any other symptoms.
For dry cough take syp.tusq-D twice a day
