What could be the reason for chest pain near heart ,I am taking homeopath medicine for acidity it's minimal pain which can easily gets ignored when you are busy

Chest pain which increases on exertion n relieved at rest is typical of heart disease n which comes after food. The type of pain u have doesn't seem to b related to heart. Take chest x ray to c any lung pathology n meet d gastroenterologist to c any issues with ur food pipe, that could also b d reason for ur chest pain
