Asked for Male, 30 Years

Respected Sir/Madam, I have chest pain, chest tightness and shortness of breath since two months, When walking pain does not increase . ECG And PFT test is normal, I have attached my chest x-ray and echocardiogram report, please give me your valuable advice, what I do?
