Asked for Female, 28 Years

On 5/9 my 28year old lady frnd had major chest pain after 15-20 minute she got relax bt faint twice.body was cold.she was felling cold.body quake lightly.bp very low.after 2-3 hours she got fully normal bp also norml ((during that condition geven her a eno. salt water and warm massage with oil ) at now she is normal.she cmplaned ( since1 -2yers ) shortness of breath specially when climb on roof by the ladder.and felling tired sometimes.ecg,bun, fasting suger,ft3,ft4,tsh hb are nrmal hb-11.7
