My sister use to hve sever chest pain once in a year..she is 21,every year she come up with dis. evertime she experience the major and unbearable pain in the chest, along with the abdomen pain nd problem in breathing, nausea and several vomitings,des problem occurs in mid night.sometimes she get fainted.what could b the problem?suggest the measures

It may be reflux or diffuse esophageal spasm. However I will suggest to get an ECG and echo done to rule out any cardiac cause for the same.
