. Good LV and RV systolic function
. No regional LV wall motion abnormality
. LVEF - 52%
. Mild AR, Trace MR , No TR
. No pericardial effusion
I want to know that what is this abnormality is there any serious problem or medicine can treat this problem please reply

Hello,
This problem seems to be an incidental detection. Prolapse means the valve leaflet is loose. Right now considering mild problem he does not need any surgery. He can be managed on medications. For that I need his further personal and symptoms details. Consult online directly for further evaluation
