Chest pain
Mild chest pain both right and left side,  left arm pain jaw and lower teeth sesitivity , chest pain coming and going and happening at different spots for few seconds , ecg done and echo done twice in one month both normal , tmt normal, holter normal , having constipation for past 7 days was covid positive on 21st april problem started after two weeks and continuing till now my triglyceride is 255 ldl 121 and vldl 50.9 crp was 0.58 done on may month and ddimer 385 done on may month. Please advise if any cardiac or any other issues causing this problems anxiety problem is also there , previously consulted cardiologist told no immediate cardiac risk also have smoking history which i have stopped for past 2 months.

You seem to have non cardiac issues and may be emanating from anxiety of recent diagnosis of covid No further testing Check lipids periodically for further clarification atleast once after 3 months
