Before advising treatment i would like to know about ur occupation(any strenuous activity/exposure to smoke),ur habits like smoking/tobacco chewing,dietary habits(high in fats like red meat),comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes,cholesterol.

When u r constantly getting chest pain its important to take an ECG n chest x-ray Postero-Anterior view to rule out heart n lung pathologies.Hope this helps.
