  4. Chest pain. Please help me by replying!

Im having chest pain in d left side with shoulder pain n back ache with left hand palm numbness last month i took chest xray n ecg both reports were normal , now m having chest tightness n pain is it related to heart prblm or because of gastrics please help me by replying
