Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  Not to be worried.  It is not a disease nor any damage to organs, but just the ligament attachment at around chest bone and   ribs are strained causing pain. This all indicates your abdominal muscles and shoulder muscles are weak.  Your pain may also increase when turning in bed which all indicates it is due to poor muscle coordination between structures around chest.
Next Steps
see a physio near you and get trigger point therapy and start strength training program with physio. your pain will ease in 1 week and in 3 weeks you will be 80% better.  continue physio until full recovery.
Health Tips
if for various reasons you couldn't get pain relief get back to me will treat you
