Start planning yiur day in advance. A diary with a to-do list helps you prioritise your work and get things done effectively. Categorise each day’s task in 4 categories. 1. Urgent and important 2. Urgent but not important -such as requires your attention right away but is not an inp task, eg- ur fone beeps for a msg, you see a msg on your friends whatsapp group. It requires immediate attention but it may not be imp. 3. Not urgent but imp- refuelling your car tank which approaching empty. You knw yiu could drive another day to wrk with that amount if petrol in your car . So its not urgent but is imp, cos if u dont take action timely it will jump to urgent and imp list, something that u cud avoid by taking timely action. 4. Not urgent not imp- checking fb, liking commenting on posts. When u categorise each task n work according to its priority rate you ll be able to manage time better and balance your professional and personal life. Once tgats sorted, you can gain courage and confidence for new things and seek social support as well.
