Chest pain
I have some muscular pain in my chest from past four-months. I tried some medical treatment but didn't worked for me. So I preferred to stop taking medicines and give my body sometime to get heal by itself. But it still pains sometimes. Can u suggest me a way how to cure this injury?

Greetings, sorry about the pain.  You seem to have developed trigger point at chest muscles.
Next Steps
get to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and massage.  70% of your problem is solved.  number of session needed is decided by therapist   you will be advised on exercise to do and in 2 months time all your problem is history.
