  4. Chest pain. What could this pain be.

Chest pain
I have pain in the centre of breasts .Close to the left breast like a line ...And below the left breast almost feels like it on one of the rib bones  ..If i press in that area it's paining ...The pain is radiating to upper back and left arm too.               .The pain is sometimes mild and sometimes severe .I have hypothyroidism too.....And i am on medication. .....My doctor prescribed ULTRACET .TAB for one week saying that the pain could be muscle pain also .....And he  asked for a chest CT if the pain doesn't subside in a week ......What could this pain be ....

Please elaborate on these questions. Is there any fever associated with the bite marks.? Did you go into the woods in last 2 months.? It could be a typhus if you have eschars.
