Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have minor chest pain to the left. but it circulate all over the left & center part of the chest. so I have done ecg & eco. but both the test find good. no problem. so doctor give me acidic medicine. but i haven't find any relief yet. please suggest me whom I have consult.

At your age it is less likely to have ANY cardiac illness which is causing chest pain I wanted to see the ECG

Your description of the pain doesn't seem to be cardiac. And the echo is normal. Please follow diet and exercise for your high triglycerides.
