Chest pain
I have been having chest pain since from last 6months left side chest and backside of chest some times in left arms I went to cardiologist they were saying it's muscular problem bcz I have gone through ECG,2DECHO, TMT,CT ANGIOGRAPHY all were came normal.what is the exact problem not getting plz let me know that what cause to me I'm frustrated sir Thank you
