Chest pain
I had covid positive on 22nd March, I recovered from it, had cough very little, but now I have little pain in Chest, also I am feeling abnormal sounds while breathing like ghurrr ghurrrr in Chest, it seems something is chocked in my breathing area, I done ECG it's clear, took so much medicines but did not work, please suggest
